No Kill Louisville presents it's first annual Howl-O-Ween Search & Rescue Festival

October 15, 2016

When: Saturday, October 15, 2016 - This event is rain or shine!

Where: The Cure Lounge located at 1481 South Shelby Street, Louisville KY 40217

Time: Event will run from 2:00 pm to 4:00 am. Vendor set up is between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm. Vendors are welcome to stay as long as they wish.

Deadline: Application deadline is October 7th, 2016.

Booth Space: The allotted booth size is 10' x 10'. Non-profit booth fee is $25 and For-profit booth fee is $50. 

Vendor fees are non-refundable.

Public Parking: Street parking.

Tents, Tables, Chairs: Tents are not required but preferred. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and chairs.
